Becoming a Member
How do you become a member of the trust and what benefits are available?
All cabbies who join the Route66 network are automatically eligible to become beneficiaries of the trust, however you will need to be an active member of the Route66 network for a period of at least 12 months prior to you being eligible for a distribution of any benefits from the trust.
It is therefore in your best interest to register as an active member of Route66 as soon as possible to ensure you obtain the maximum benefit from being a member of the trust.
The trustees will decide upon the level and types of distribution that will be available to members upon reaching their 12 month eligibility criteria, but it is likely that these will be in the form of a range of personal business and personal protection benefits including insurance and Pension savings products (purchased from the regular contributions to the trust by Route66) together with an annual Cash bonus distribution based upon the distributed profits allocated to the shares owned by the trust.
